Erica attended West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science degree. She is debt-free when it comes to her education due to the Promise Scholarship, which she most proud of.
“A lot of hard work goes into winning a state title, but hard work pays off,” Erica Goldsmith said on winning the West Virginia crown. “I believe the most important thing to do is to be prepared. If you practice walking, work on your interview, and be prepared, by the time you get to your state pageant, you will have no reason to be nervous. You will be ready for anything and have confidence in yourself and when you’re confident, that confidence will show in interviews and on stage and that is what I think will set you apart from the other girls.”
